Every deal hides hours of busywork. There are deeds to pull, tax records to reconcile, and contracts where you type the same parcel number in again and again. None of it actually closes the deal. It just quietly eats up 165+ hours a year for the average agent.

Real estate software should do the work, not just store it.

What RealPact does

Give RealPact an address and the work begins. Voice-powered agents pull the deed, property, and tax records, draft the right contract, and fill in every field, then hand back a deal that’s ready to close. What used to take an afternoon now takes minutes. It’s already doing this every day at Next Homes, Black House Real Estate, and Sotheby’s.

What’s next

This round lets us grow the team, extend our agents across the entire transaction, and bring RealPact to more brokerages. We’re building toward an AI-native operating system for the modern brokerage.
